The Principal of Beacon of Life Institute is Mr Pilate Sigeba Tshuma. Mr Tshuma has more than 40 years’ experience in the education sector, having taught in both primary and high school levels. He has held various Leadership positions as Head of Department, Sports Director, Principal as well as committee member in different sporting and youth forums. He has worked closely with various stakeholders in the education sector including the Ministry of Education.
